Preface
Amoment APP (hereinafter referred to as “Amoment”) attaches great importance to your personal information and allows you to have control over your personal information. We will use strong encryption technology to protect your privacy as well as formulate strict policies to manage all data. Before using the services we provide or entering the “Amoment” App, you need to agree to the provisions of this policy on how we collect, use, store and share your relevant information. If you do not agree to any of the privacy policies content, please stop accessing or using our products and services immediately. This privacy policy is designed to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect this information, and how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information. Definitions
Application Data Cache:
Application data cache refers to a data storage mechanism on the device. There are many benefits of using it, such as allowing web applications to run without an Internet connection, as well as improving the performance of related applications by increasing content loading speed.
 

Personal Data:
Information you provide us or information we collect from you in the context of your use of the Amoment that could be used to personally identify you. To be clear, while we do not necessarily collect all of the following types of information, we consider at least the following to be Personal Information if it can be used to identify you:
    1. name, address, phone number, email address, username, password, identification number on government-issued ID, IP addresses, user-agent information, and credit card number; and;

    2. when associated with an identifiable person, any sensitive data such as date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origins, marital or familial status, genetic and biometric data, medical conditions or disabilities, political affiliation, and religion.
 

IP Address:
Every computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number called an Internet Protocol (IP) address. Since these numbers are usually assigned based on the region of the country/region, the IP address can be used to identify the country/region where the computer is connected to the Internet.

1. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

1.1 How we collect information

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: 
    1.1.1 Information You Provide  

         1.1.1.1 When you log in to your account or use our services, you provide us with relevant personal information, such as your WeChat name, WeChat account and other information.

        1.1.1.2 The shared information you provide to other third parties through our services, and the information you upload, submit, store, send or receive when you use our services. 

    1.1.2 Information we obtain during your use of the service
We will collect information about the services you use and how you use them, such as when you practiced the courses on the “Amoment” App, when you visited our services, or when you viewed our content. Such information may include, but is not limited to:
        1.1.2.1 Device information: We will collect specific information about your device, such as your hardware model number, operating system information, mobile device version, device identification code, screen rate, and other information.
        1.1.2.2 In order to protect your privacy, we need to verify your identity when visiting some important personal privacy (for example: practice reports, psychological assessment reports), for which you may need to provide us with facial images or videos. If you do not agree to provide the foregoing information, you will not be able to complete specific operations, but it will not affect your use of other services we provide
        1.1.2.3 EEG data: During the courses and EEG monitoring, we need to collect your EEG data. The use of this part of the data is limited to the analysis of individuality, commonality, and your brain health status, including emotional state and concentration, etc. You have the right to get your data back at any time. In the process of analysis, data will be confidentially calculated through a trusted execution environment, homomorphic encryption, and multi-party secure computing. Metadata collection, sensitive field identification, database-table relationship analysis, database real-time synchronization, and ground desensitization will also be used. The data will retain the original characteristics after desensitization. We will use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized processing and accidental disclosure, access, loss, destruction, or alteration. 

    1.1.3 IP Address
        1.1.3.1 Information about the mobile applications (APP) and other software you have used, and data about the mobile applications and software you have used;
        1.1.3.2 Information about your communication through our services, such as the account number you used to communicate with, time, data, and duration;
        1.1.3.3 Information (metadata) you share through our services, such as the date, time or location of the shared pictures or videos taken or uploaded.

    1.1.4 Videos, Pictures, and Games in the Devices
        1.1.4.1 In order to provide you with a full range of sports experience, with your authorization, our server will extract the pictures, software names, version numbers, etc., from your device, and encrypted upload them to the server for comparison while displaying the corresponding function of pictures, videos, and software.

    1.1.5 Location Information
         1.1.5.1 You can authorize to turn on the device positioning function and use our location-based related services. Of course, you can also stop our collection of your geographic location information at any time by turning off the positioning function.
 

1.2 How we use your info
We may use the information collected above for the following purposes:
    1.2.1 Providing you with the following services:
        1.2.1.1 When we provide services, it is used for identity verification, customer service, security prevention, fraud monitoring, archiving, and backup purposes to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you;
        1.2.1.2 Help us design new services and improve our existing services;
        1.2.1.3 Let us know more about how you access and use our services, so as to respond to your personalized needs, such as language settings, location settings, personalized help services, and instructions, or response to you and other users from other parties;
        1.2.1.4 To provide you with more relevant advertisements instead of commonly placed advertisements;
        1.2.1.5 Evaluate and improve the effects of advertisements, promotions, and promotional activities in our services;
        1.2.1.6 Perform software verification and upgrade services;
        1.2.1.7 When providing specific services in response to special requirements of users, we need to provide information to our affiliates, third parties, or other users.

2 Shared Information

2.1 We will provide social network services. When you use this type of service, the information you upload or publish (including your public personal information, your address book, albums), and the information you upload or publish to others, as long as you do not delete the responses and related log information, they will remain in the public domain and be shared and viewed by other users who use our services. Even if you delete this information, the relevant information may still be cached, copied, or stored independently by other users or unaffiliated third parties that are not under our control, or stored in the public domain by other users or third parties.
 

2.2 Please carefully consider the content of the information you upload, publish, and exchange through our service. In some cases, you can control the range of users who have the right to browse your shared information through the privacy settings of some of our services. You can delete the information you upload, post or share by yourself. 3 Data Transmission

3.1 We maintain servers all over the world, so the server we use when processing your information may not be located in your country or region. Data protection laws vary from country to country or region, some of them are strong while others are weak in data protection. No matter where your information is processed, we will always adopt the protective measures described in this policy. In addition, we will also comply with certain legal frameworks related to data transfer, such as “EU-US Privacy Shield Frameworks” and “Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks”.
 

3.2 After receiving a formal written complaint, we will contact the complaining party. We will cooperate with the corresponding regulatory agencies (including local data protection agencies) to resolve any complaints related to the transmission of your data that cannot be directly resolved by us and you.

4 Third-party Service Providers

4.1 To facilitate your visit and enrich your experience, there may be products or services provided by third parties. You can choose whether to access such content or links, or use third-party products and services. However, we have no control over the products or services provided by third parties. We cannot control any of your personal information held by third parties. Information protection issues during your use of third-party products or services do not apply to the management of this policy. 5 Children’s Privacy

5.1 Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years old, please do not send us your personal information, including your name, address, phone number, or email address. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

6 Changes to This Privacy Policy

6.1 We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the notification announcements on the “Amoment” App. You can visit “Amoment” App to check the latest version of the privacy policy. For major changes, we will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective.

7 Scope of Application

7.1 Our privacy policy applies to all services provided by Neural FLEX Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, including but not limited to “Amoment” App, but does not include services with independent privacy policies (such as products and services provided by third parties).
 

7.2 Our privacy policy does not apply to products and services provided by third parties, such as products and services provided by third parties on the “Amoment” App, and other websites linked to our services. These products, services, and website will have an independent privacy policy to regulate, please refer to the corresponding policy regulations separately.
 

7.3 The final interpretation right of the content of the above privacy policy belongs to the owner of “Amoment” APP.
